Privacy Notice

This privacy notice applies to Rhite website. It explains how we use any personal data we collect about you when you use this website.

What data do we collect about you?

Logs are automatically generated each time you access our website with for example your browser or mobile application. These server logs may include information such as your web request, IP address and browser type.
When registering for a training, you fill in a form indicating your name, company name and email address. To make your registration definitive we need your (company) address for invoicing purposes.
Your email address is also collected when you voluntarily contact us or when you subscribe to our newsletter.

How will we use this data about you?

Your email address: we will use it only to communicate with you; for example to give answer to your request or send you an invoice or our newsletter if you are subscribed.
Name, company name and address are used for training registrations and invoicing.
The server logs: the data collected is used for analytics purposes and it is directly anonymized. We use a self-hosted version of Matomo for this.

We do not share personal information with third parties except when using our newsletter service. We use Mailcoach as newsletter platform. Mailcoach acts as data processor according to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and we have signed a Data Protection agreement with them.

Where do we store your data?

Our servers are located in The Netherlands.

How long do we store your data?

Not longer than necessary for the purpose of the processing. Payment information will be stored for a period of 7 years, as this is required by Dutch law.

What rights do you have?

Your rights as data subject under the GDPR are of course guaranteed. You have the right to access and to rectify your data. You can ask for deletion of the data you have provided to us, but please note that we need to keep your payment data for a period of at least 7 years due to our legal obligations. You can also object to the processing or request its temporal restriction.

Newsletter: you can indicate at any time that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters via the opt-out option in our newsletters or by contacting us directly by email.

You can always contact us (at ) if you have any issue, but of course you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Supervisory Authority.

Cookies

If you like cookies, then please drop by our office for a cup of coffee or tea and we'll serve you some nice cookies with it. This website will not.

We use a self-hosted version of Matomo for analytics which has been set up in such a way that all logs are anonymized by default and no cookies are placed.
